Today we turn to a topic many still find difficult to discuss openly in the church: anxiety, depression, and mental health. Yet statistics are clear that society is struggling and people need help. Among Gen Z adults in the US, anxiety diagnoses have tripled in the past four years. One in four young adults now carry a formal anxiety diagnosis. In the UK, more than one in five young adults report a long standing mental health condition. Scripture is honest about human struggle. God cares deeply for those hurting and suffering. We are joined by licensed mental health professional, Glenn Lutjens with Focus On The Family. Glenn has stepped in to these deep waters to help individuals and families reach a place of peace, wholeness, and thriving across the past 30 years in practice.
