small Things in BIG Events!

Fri, 27 Jun 2025 11:10:07 GMT

In this powerful episode, Doc and Mary Murphy remind us that God specializes in using small things to make big moves. Just like He did with David—using a sling and a stone to take down a giant—God will take your small gifts, your limited resources, your little strength, and use it in a Big Event that brings you into prominence.

Throughout scripture, we see a pattern: Samson used a jawbone of a donkey to win a major battle. The widow used a little oil. Jesus fed thousands with a few loaves and fish. God has always challenged His people to use what they already have. And when we obey, He backs us supernaturally.

This episode will break the pressure off of you to be "big" or to have it all figured out. It's not about dreaming big or small—it’s about dreaming God’s dream and trusting Him to do the heavy lifting.

Get ready for a new season of freedom, boldness, and divine movement. Use what’s in your hand—and watch what God puts in your future.

Listen now and be released into your next level of faith and victory.

Who is a wolf in sheep’s clothing?

Tue, 24 Jun 2025 11:10:09 GMT

In this powerful and eye-opening episode, Doc Murphy teaches us how to identify and respond to wolves in sheep’s clothing.

🧐 Who is a wolf in sheep’s clothing? Wolves don’t just bark—they blend. They don’t come after the shepherd first. They target the sheep. Their goal is to divide, deceive, and devour the flock from within.

🐑 Key Lesson: We often think attacks are aimed at leaders, but wolves slip in to attack the vulnerable, the new, the unaware. That’s why discernment in the Body of Christ is essential.

📖 You'll learn:

  • The traits of a spiritual wolf
  • Why wolves are subtle and strategic
  • How to biblically handle wolves without becoming carnal
  • Why protecting the sheep is part of a shepherd’s call

🔥 This episode will stir your spiritual senses and equip you to stand guard in your church, ministry, and life.

Why and When People Leave Your Church

Tue, 24 Jun 2025 00:00:25 GMT

In this episode, Doc Murphy encourages pastors and leaders to find peace in the reality that people will leave your church—and sometimes, that's not a bad thing. Not everyone leaves because of offense, drama, or disagreement. Some leave because they move to another city, or simply because they weren’t meant to stay.

Doc breaks down the various reasons people leave and how to discern what’s healthy and what’s harmful. More importantly, he teaches you how to keep your focus on those who are still with you. Stop taking it personal. Stop letting it distract you. Your assignment is to disciple the present, not mourn the absent.

Why Did People Leave Jesus and Paul?

Sun, 22 Jun 2025 20:40:07 GMT

In this eye-opening episode, Doc Murphy dives into the real reasons why people left different apostles in the Bible—and how that compares to why people leave churches and ministries today.

Success in the Kingdom of God looks nothing like success in the business world. A ministry with only a few followers is not a failure. And when people leave a church, it doesn’t automatically mean the pastor, apostle, teaching, or congregation is flawed.

Sometimes, people walk away because they’re insecure, offended, or simply not rooted. Other times, there are deeper spiritual shifts at play. But we must break free from the false narrative that a small church equals a struggling church.

This episode will challenge your assumptions, confront your mindset, and convict your heart to think differently about ministry, success, and what truly matters in the Kingdom.

What is BIG and small Thinking??

Sat, 21 Jun 2025 12:00:29 GMT

In this episode, we challenge one of the most subtle strongholds in the Church: worldly thinking about size and success. The Church has unknowingly imported secular standards into Kingdom work—leading many to despise what’s “small” and idolize what’s “big.” But what does God say about all this?

What exactly is “small” or “big” thinking in the Kingdom of God? Small compared to what? Big compared to who? Is a pastor with a handful of faithful members any less successful than one with thousands? Do numbers determine obedience, anointing, or faithfulness?

This episode will confront the fallacy that success equals size. We’ll bring Scripture into the conversation and dismantle the mindset that some ministries are "lesser" because of their current reach or resources. And we’ll also confront the other side—those who judge or resent growth, visibility, or influence.

Let’s talk Kingdom thinking. This conversation will challenge your measure of success—and, prayerfully, convict every heart that has looked down on “small” or grown prideful in “big.”

📖 Zechariah 4:10 – “Do not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin.” 📖 Luke 16:10 – “He who is faithful in what is least is faithful also in much.”

An Apostle is not a Pastor who graduates

Thu, 19 Jun 2025 11:30:12 GMT

In this powerful teaching, Doc Murphy exposes the myth of "graduation" in ministry. There is no such thing as a promotion from one ministry gift to another, and no gift is greater or more anointed than the next. Terms like “greater anointing” are man-made and have fueled selfish ambition, competition, comparison, and envy in the Body of Christ. Many have strayed from their true calling trying to "level up" spiritually, only to end up out of alignment with God’s assignment.

Doc reminds us that you are called to do only what God has called you to do—nothing more, nothing less. When we remove the graduation mindset and stop chasing titles or higher levels of anointing, we will see more people confident in their calling, secure in their assignment, and effective in their lane.

It's time to get back to the purity of purpose.

Understanding Apostolic Ministry Pt Two

Thu, 05 Jun 2025 11:50:07 GMT

Kingdom Success Everywhere with Doc Murphy Season Two – Episode Two “The Apostle: Ship Admiral and Passport”

Welcome back to Kingdom Success Everywhere. I’m Doc Murphy, and today we’re diving deeper into the apostolic office with a powerful truth—The Apostle is both a Ship Admiral and a Passport.

Let that sink in.

The apostle isn’t just a title—it’s a function. Apostles are delegates of the King, sent with teams into spiritual and natural territories to establish order, bring alignment, and release the culture of the Kingdom. They’re not simply going into new places—they’re sent to build and bring the divine design of Heaven to earth.

An apostle is like a ship admiral—sent ahead with a fleet, charting courses into unclaimed or broken territory, and organizing the mission to take and hold spiritual ground. They don't move alone—they move with strategy, with resources, and with people.

But here’s what’s often overlooked: an apostle is also a passport.

What does a passport do? It gives you legal access to places you otherwise couldn’t enter. In the spirit, apostles open gates. They carry divine access. Under apostolic covering and leadership, people step into dimensions of purpose, authority, and breakthrough that they couldn’t reach alone.

One meaning of the apostle is a special messenger. They don’t come with opinions—they come with orders from the Throne. When a true apostle arrives, Heaven's agenda moves forward. Cultures shift. Systems shake. Churches are birthed. Communities are transformed.

So here’s the Kingdom reality: If we want true breakthrough and lasting Kingdom establishment, we can’t bypass the apostolic. We need the ship admiral to lead and the passport to grant access. That’s what apostles do.

In this episode, we’ll unpack how apostles operate, what it means to be a special messenger, and why their presence is critical to Kingdom success everywhere.

Let’s go further.

Understanding Apostolic Ministry Pt One

Kingdom Success Everywhere with Doc Murphy Season Two – Episode One “Understanding Apostolic Ministry”

Welcome to Season Two of Kingdom Success Everywhere! I’m your host, Doc Murphy, and we’re kicking off with a critical conversation—Understanding Apostolic Ministry.

Let’s get something clear right from the start: Jesus gave the global mission—to go into all the world and make disciples—to apostles, not pastors, evangelists, prophets, teachers, or deacons.

His final meeting before ascending wasn’t a general gathering—it was a focused staff meeting with the apostles. The command was direct: “Go. Preach. Teach all nations. Everywhere.” That wasn’t optional. And it wasn’t for everybody.

This was, and still is, an apostolic mission.

Apostles are the ones sent out to establish congregations. Once those churches are planted, pastors are set in place to shepherd and guide them. But too often today, we see evangelists and prophets trying to lead movements or plant churches—roles they were never commissioned to fulfill. It’s created confusion and instability in the Body of Christ.

Let’s make this distinction:

  • A pastor is a “set one.”
  • An apostle is a “sent one.”

Pastors are ordained to lead local congregations. Apostles are sent to plant, build, establish order, and raise up leadership—especially pastors. That’s the divine structure.

What’s happening today is this: many are going everywhere without being sent. They’re out of order, out of grace, and outside the apostolic blueprint. The result? Weak churches and misplaced leadership. The Church is in trouble because we’ve drifted from the apostolic foundation Jesus set.

Apostles were always meant to lead the Body of Christ—and it’s time we return to that divine order.

In this new season, we’re diving deep. You’ll discover what the apostolic office truly is, how apostles function like admiral leaders in the Kingdom, and why restoring apostolic authority is essential to building strong, Spirit-led churches everywhere.

Let’s get into it. This is Kingdom Success Everywhere.
