Return of the Kingdom

Rating: Ages 13+

This 4-episode series explores why Israel’s story remains central to God’s unfolding plan. From the enemies surrounding Jerusalem in Nehemiah’s day to the opposition facing Israel today, the Jewish people’s return to the land has never gone uncontested. Is this persistent hatred merely political, or does Scripture reveal a deeper spiritual battle? God has not abandoned His people. His faithfulness to Israel reminds us that He will remain faithful to all who trust in Him.

Return of the Kingdom, Episode 1 - A Nation Reborn

Against all odds, the Jewish people returned to their ancestral homeland—and in 1948, a nation was born in a single day. Was Israel’s rebirth merely the result of political chance, or part of a much greater story?

In this episode, Dr. Erez Soref explores the remarkable parallels between the ancient return from Babylon under Ezra and Nehemiah and the modern return of the Jewish people to Israel. From Cyrus and the rebuilding of Jerusalem to unlikely alliances, Israel’s War of Independence, and the growth of Jewish believers in Yeshua, discover how God has remained faithful to His promises through exile, suffering, and restoration.

The same God who moved nations and kings in the past is still at work today—and Israel’s story is far from over.
